He has successfully obtained and enforced judgments in cases involving parties from the United States, Germany, Japan, and South Korea.

His practice also includes the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards under the New York Convention. He has successfully enforced CIETAC, SCC, and ICC awards in Chinese courts, overcoming procedural challenges and substantive objections raised by opposing parties.
