Chunlin Deng is a practicing lawyer and director at Hunan Yuntian Law Firm in Loudi, Hunan Province. Attorney Deng graduated from Xiangtan University Law School with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1990. He obtained his lawyer qualification in 1992 and began practicing in 1993. In 1994, he co-founded what is now Hunan Yuntian Law Firm, and has since built one of the most respected legal practices in the Loudi region.

Attorney Deng has been elected as Director of the Loudi City Bar Association Intellectual Property Protection Committee and served as Vice Director of the Hunan Provincial Bar Association Criminal Defense Committee (the 7th term). In 2011, he was selected for inclusion in the National Excellent Legal Talent Database of China, a recognition reserved for the country's most accomplished legal professionals.
